Parcel Builder Administrator
Parcel Builder Administrator™ is designed to become the centerpiece of your land records management system by managing parcel features in your GIS, and integrating its workflows with leading Tax CAMA software application. Administrator provides an intuitive interface for creating new parcel records and managing parcel identification number assignments.
When a new parcel is created in Administrator, the transaction propagates to the rest of the integrated system, reducing duplication of data and effort and synchronizing multiple land records databases.
The Genealogy extension allows the user to designate parent-child relationships between current and historical parcels. With its ability to interact with the archiving capabilities of the Arc 10 geodatabase, Administrator provides a true historical land records solution.
