Parcel Builder Administrator
Administrator™ features drag-and-drop functionality to associate parcel numbers to a Geodatabase feature class displayed in ArcMap. Administrator also features live integration with leading Tax and CAMA software packages. The creation of a new parcel within the GIS should trigger actions across the appraisal and tax cycle enterprise. Since Administrator stores data in any of several ODBC data sources, these tables are immediately visible to associated appraisal and tax cycle software packages.
With management of these tasks being performed by a single application, the potential for duplication of data and efforts is eliminated. The new Genealogy extension to PBA will allow the user to designate the parentchild relationships for all parcels added to the parcel database through parcel splits and consolidations. PBA-Genealogy also allows existing documents and scanned images to be associated with a parcel or a transaction by storing the path to the target document or documents on the current computer network.
