Parcel Builder MapEditor
Parcel Builder-MapEditor™ is a complete solution for maintaining a cadastral GIS in an ESRI geodatabase. This module includes enhancements to the ArcMap sketch and COGO tools and an abundance of productivity tools to successfully complete cadastral mapping challenges. MapEditor tools support, but are not limited to, the implementation of Sidwell's Tag Data Model.
Also included is the Parcel Builder Workflow utility that manipulates the ArcMap interface, lists maintenance steps in logical order, and provides one-button access to external application and geoprocessing tools. MapEditor functions under all three ArcGIS licensing levels (ArcView, ArcEditor, ArcInfo).
