Installation Notes:

Uninstall older versions of Parcel Builder AddressManager v3.4
Uninstall older versions of ArcGIS
Verify that Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is installed.

Install ArcGIS 10.0
Install ArcGIS 10.0 SP2
Install Address Manager v4.0
Check for Address Manager v4.0 updates
