Installation Notes (For users who have Parcel Builder 3.x installed):
Uninstall Parcel Builder 3.x
If you have integration perform the following:
Browse to C:\Program Files\SidwellGIS\Parcel Builder\PBA\plugins and un-register the DLL file (Contact Sidwell's help desk if you require assistance un-registering a DLL file).
Once the DLL file has been un-registered you can delete the plugins directory.
Uninstall versions of ArcGIS previous to 10.0
Verify that Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is installed.
Windows XP (Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs)
Windows 7 (Control Panel > Programs and Features)
Install ArcGIS 10.0
Install the latest ArcGIS 10.0 Service Pack
Install Parcel Builder v4.0 Service Pack 1
Check for Parcel Builder v4.0 Updates
